Below is the schedule for the weekend – including activities and meal times. We are still finalizing a few items so check back closer to the reunion for the most updated schedule. We will also be providing copies of the schedule in the “Welcome Package” when you register.

 

Friday, June 29

1:30pm

Arrival & Check-in Opens
Pick up Welcome Package and confirm online registration and payment has been received. Your package will include colored bracelets.

*The organizing committee will be there earlier but please allow them time to unload groceries, etc. before that time.

Meet & Mingle
Each family unit will designate a member to introduce the new members of their family.

Saturday, June 30

Family Update Exchange

Children’s Games & Duck Race (TBA)
If the water conditions allow, we will be having a duck race on the creek for the children followed by some activities in the common area. Please meet in front of the hall.

3:00 – 5:00pm

Horseshoe Tournament

6:00pm

There will be a short dedication to Omer & Rita followed by Grace before the meal.

General Cleanup
Our “check-out” time for Camp Woodboia is 10:30am so we kindly ask that everyone please help clean up the camp and have everything packed up by this time.
