Here are the Cooking and Cleaning Crew Lists for the 2018 reunion. Please take a few minutes to locate your name in the list and confirm your shift. If we have missed anyone please let us know – you wouldn’t want to miss out on the fun of mingling with your relatives now would you??

If you need to change crews:

1. YOU need to tell your CC if you are finding a replacement and who they are.
2. Write your repalcement’s name on your crew sheet in the hall.

Cooking Crew Captains (CC) are responsible for:

1. Making sure your crew shows up. If not ask them to find a replacement.
2. Looking at your menu and asking The Kitchen Boss what food needs to be taken out/prepped, etc.
3. Ensure kitchen space is tidy after you are finished cooking.

Cooking Crew Members are responsible for:

1. Showing up on time.
2. For finding your own replacement if you cannot work your shift.
3. Helping with all cooking/prepping that needs to be done.
4. Setting out the food as needed.
5. Putting away the extra food so it does not spoil.

Cleaning Crew Captains (CC) are responsible for:

1. Making sure your crew shows up. If not ask them to find a replacement.
2. Making sure the kitchen and hall are tidy before your crew leaves.

Cleaning Crew Members are responsible for:

1. Showing up on time.
2. For finding your own replacement if you cannot work your shift.
3. Wash and put away all the dishes.
4. Sweep the kitchen and hall before leaving.
5. Wash the tables.
6. Push in the chairs.
7. Make sure all the food is put away.
8. Clean Men’s and Women’s washrooms and make sure all items are filled.
